Our typical delivery timelines are:
Metro Cities: 4 – 5 business days after dispatch
Tier 2 Cities: 7 – 8 business days after dispatch
Northeastern States & Remote Areas: 8 – 11 business days after dispatch
Production takes 2–3 full business days before dispatch.

All of our personalized products are made-to-order, resulting in minimal stock, fewer returns, and no emissions from large warehouses.
Because each item is specially crafted just for you, we generally do not accept returns.
However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
Replacements are considered only in the following cases:
The product was damaged during transit,
The product is defective, or
A wrong item was shipped by mistake.

Once verified, a replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.

Personalized details submitted incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Minor color or texture variations due to screen brightness or printing materials are not considered defects.
For a product to qualify for replacement:
It must be unused and in its original packaging.
All original accessories or inserts must be included.
The issue must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item.
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order for a full refund.
Once the personalization or production process has started, cancellations are not accepted.
If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we’ll notify you immediately — you can choose to wait for restock or receive a full refund.
